Running4Women Store, Clothing and accessories are made specially for you after you place your order (print on demand). Orders received are completed for print or embroidery within 4-5 working days sometimes this can take longer. Orders will then be dispatched and usually take 2-3 business days for delivery.


Shipping costs are for standard Royal Mail Regular delivery. All orders over £45.00 postage is Free.


If you are not completely satisfied with the Goods you have received, you have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods. This is sometimes referred to as a ‘cooling-off period’. You need to notify Running4Women Ltd of your wish to cancel your order within this time period – by email, for example.


You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify the retailer of your cancellation to return the goods. If the Goods are returned to us within 14 days we will issue a full refund including postage and packaging, or an exchange. The costs of returning the Goods to us shall be borne by you.


You are responsible for the Goods until they reach us. We recommend you use a reputable carrier who fully insures you for the full value of the Goods as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged Goods.


Whilst rare, parcels can go missing in the post. We cannot issue replacement orders until 10 working days after dispatch for the UK. This is because we cannot claim from Royal Mail until this time. You must make us aware of this no later than 30 days after estimated delivery (3-5 days after completion email), so we can arrange a replacement or refund. If not made aware during this time we are unable to offer a replacement or refund.


We cannot accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused by Goods which are damaged in transit. We endeavour to pack Goods adequately to help protect from damage in transit. If a replacement is requested in place of a refund, we will do our best to replace damaged Goods as quickly as possible but our standard dispatch and delivery times will apply to the replacement Goods.

We are dedicated to operating under ethical and environmentally friendly practices during our production processes. One of our main goals was to remove plastic packaging entirely from all orders we ship, and in April 2019 we achieved this! You can find out about our packaging and environmental policy as a whole below: 


  • All of our staff are paid above the national living wage, regardless of age.
  • Our DTG printers use only water-based inks. They're OEKO-TEX® approved (they don't contain any regulated or unregulated chemicals harmful to the environment).
  • Our catalogue offers a wide variety of organic and fair wear accredited garments.
  • All the excess and waste cardboard and paper we produce is recycled.
  • Waste ink is unavoidable, but we dispose of ours responsibility.
  • As of April 2019, the packaging used to ship all orders is 100% plastic free (with the exception of canvases which use a bio-degradable bubble wrap for protection).
  • Some of our items are fully manufactured in the UK, by us, and you can be confident these are produced responsibly and ethically. These products include our tote bags, throw cushions and natural throw cushions.
  • In of August 2019, Inkthreadable began offsetting Carbon Footprint by funding the planting of trees in the North West of England. As of May 2020, we have changed to a new offsetting parnter. You can see our progress here - https://ecologi.com/inkthreadable

Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?

If the print hasn’t been finalized, you can contact us to make changes to the order.

Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?

We accept all cancellation requests before the printing process begins. Unfortunately, if your order has been sent to print, it can't be canceled.

How do I track my order?

After the print is finalized, you will receive an order update with the tracking number included.

How long before I get my return refund?

As soon as we receive the item you sent, we will issue a refund to the payment method you used to place your order.
